Modern looking kitchen tap
I bought this a few months ago & it has enhanced the look of our kitchen. Also very easy to use, I have arthritis & sometimes find it hard to grip things but this tap is so easy, just have to touch it & its on.

Good value kitchen tap
This is a good value product. Design is modern and contemporary.if you are on a budget its a good buy. Product appears reasonably solid

Awful product
I have had this tap before (10 years), I thought I was buying the same product, big mistake. The tap looks exactly the same as before but 'inside' it is a much cheaper product. I doubt the spout swivel will last six months! If I hadn't fitted it I would take it straight back! I have never felt compelled to write a review before.

Brilliant
I bought this about 6 weeks ago brilliant working got no problem my last tap was so slow but since bought this tap very pleased I like washing dishes very fast so perfect for me

Looks pretty but that is it!
Had this tap for about 4 years and i am now looking to replace it. The hot has been loose for a good couple of years and the little red piece came off yonks ago, no idea where that went! Plumber came last week as the cold has been dripping. He said dont buy this tap as it has a ceramic valve and plumbers often arent able to fix. Rubbish.

Poor quality stay clear
Bought this tap under two years ago, bought a spare cartridge but that is not the problem its cold the handle spinning the spines are stripped so not man enough for general use! Cannot repair or replace as B&Q do not have spare parts for some reason?!! Cannot find receipt so 2 year guarantee not worth anything. Only plus side was the B&Q chap in the store was very helpful!

Hot tap loose after a few months
Very disappointed that the hot tap is loose and we've only had the tap for a few months.

Avoid
Purchased this tap as part of entire B&Q kitchen renovation package, after three months the hot water handle became loose, after four it came completely off. Avoid, poor quality, not robust at all.

Do not Buy!!!!!
I have not had the taps fitted for more than a year and they are falling apart and I need to replace them do not bother
