OMG [2022] still doesn't work
I wish i read the reviews first, and saved myself the time. I was going to buy another to replace, thank you to everyone who reviewed, this, you helped me from making the same mistake twice.

Do Not Buy
This is a great looking tap but as with all the other reviews it leaks. Obviously a design fault and the product should be withdrawn

Wear a raincoat!
I purchased this tap 16 months ago because it came with a 10 year guarantee. I wish I'd have read the reviews first! The unit just leaks at the base where the spout swivels. I tried tightening it up but to no avail. After I changed the tap, I took it to my local store to be told that I have to send it back to the manufacturer for a refund which I'm not too pleased about.

SEALS LEAK
Quite difficult to install as the flexible tails (supplied) have to be installed after the tap is in place. The seal between the tap and the sink is very thin and doesn’t allow for sufficient adjustment so if a leak should occur it will go unnoticed into the sink cupboard and ruin the cupboard. The seals that allow the spout to pivot leak after just 18 months of normal domestic use. VERY POOR QUALITY. DO NOT BUY.

SEALS USLESS
I bought this product 16 months ago and leaking from bottom seal near worktop. Just wish I had read reviews first as loads of people have had the same fault. Even with receipt for 5 yr warranty they say seals not covered and you can’t replace them!! I think B&Q should certainly look into this as so many people had same problem and at £38 . Now have to buy replacement but NOT from B&Q

Avoid. Do not buy...
I purchased this abs it was fitted by a professional to standard. 12-14 months later the seals wet and it leaks from the collars. Terrible product.

Very poor product - leaks
I bought this product just over 18 months ago. It is now leaking above and below the sink: the seals have failed obviously. Having revisited the website, I see that I am not the only one to experience this exact same problem. My advice to anyone is to steer clear of this product. As previous reviewers have stated, what's the point of having a long warranty when the parts that appear to be the cause of problems are not covered? I will be reluctant to consider any product from this brand in future.

Very Poor Quality DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY
I purchased this tap less than a year ago to replace one that had been in for 18 years. Discovered water had been leaking into cupboard under the sink due to leak from the seal in tap. Although there is supposed to be a 5 year guarantee seals are not covered. Avoid purchasing.

Very poor don't wast your money
This won't last a year and the parts that fail are not covered by b and q

This product will damage you sink unit
I bought this tap 15 months ago and it started leaking into the kitchen unit a few weeks ago. I am surprised this tap continues to be sold.
