SEALS LEAK
Quite difficult to install as the flexible tails (supplied) have to be installed after the tap is in place. The seal between the tap and the sink is very thin and doesn’t allow for sufficient adjustment so if a leak should occur it will go unnoticed into the sink cupboard and ruin the cupboard. The seals that allow the spout to pivot leak after just 18 months of normal domestic use. VERY POOR QUALITY. DO NOT BUY.

Pretty BUT DON'T BUY
Bought from B&Q May 2019; fitted with new kitchen July 2019; leaking Jan 2021. Went into product on B&Q website to check for guarantee and found every reviewer has same problem with this model.

Avoid this product
Tap is just over a year old and leaks. Not fit for purpose and will be going back once I source a new one, and it won’t be Cooke and Lewis!

Leaking from centre
Same as other reviews it's a couple of years old and leaking from the centre

Avoid
Similar situation as mentioned by the other reviewers. This tap looks good and seemed to be of good quailty with 5 years Guarantee. It was purchased just over a year ago installed by a plumber now leaking from centre section, diagnosed a faulty product and needs to be replaced. If you try calling B&Q Customer Service, they just keep disconnecting the call.

disappointed
Bought this tap in Feb 2019, looks good & weighty tap & value for money & coming with 5 year guarantee! Had fitted by plumber. Started leaking from center section & dripping under sink (plumber called back diagnosed product failure).
