Terrible toilet seat is lose after 1 month
Toilet looks nice but the seat is loose after 1 month and I cannot figure out how to get the seat off to tighten it up, very frustrating. Wished I read more of the reviews before I bought it.

Have had 2 for 8 years about to buy another
Have had two of these last 8 years and both have been great, you need to fire them with a flexible pipe that then concertinas to reduced length when pushed back. Seems there was a batch 2/3 years ago where they were not as good but for me perfect so will get 1 more.

Arrived faulty
This product arrived with a bubble in the ceramic bowl. Left overtime or even cleaned, this could have developed into a crack which is less than ideal for a toilet! Moreover, we purchased this toilet for the ‘backless’ illusion but it was difficult to fit as there is an awkwardly placed bar that hinders. I would advise that you check this to see if it would fit specifically in your bathroom before purchasing.

Terrible quality on BOTH expensive toilets
Bought these toilets about 3 years ago. within 1 year of installation a separation of the top of the pan occurred which ended up with a hole in the bowl. Replaced with the 2nd toilet and within a year a separation of the top of the pan occurred AGAIN! I would suggest a design or manufacturing quality issue on the batch I purchased from, but other comments indicate a wider issue. I have not followed the complaint up even though I am under the guarantee period due to covid and not wanting to transport 2 used toilets to the customer complaints desk!

Poor quality
Replaced this toilet as original bought a few years ago had a small chip in it, should have kept original. First toilet delivered was badly marked, also came without brackets to fit toilet seat and was replaced by another marked toilet. I decided to accept as too much hassle and cost of yet another plumber's visit and loss of days earnings to wait for a third toilet to be sent out. I was offered compensation of a generous 10% of the cost of this toilet.

Really Nice Toilet - Looks good and functions well
Bought 2 of these toilets as have just moved into a house which needed modernising. They look great but also function well. The flushes are powerful and the bottom of the pan is well positioned so does not get soiled, which was a real problem with the old toilet. As the back is enclosed I doubt this is easy as a DIY fit, but the plumber managed it ( not easy but he got there is the end ). Bought the half pedestal sinks to go with the toilets and they look much nicer than the full length versions ( as long as you dont have pipework coming up from floor level ). Overall they look great and I am really pleased with them
