Measurements are wrong!!!
Be warned the online measurements are wrong costing me a week delay and extra costs!! It is not 200 recess it’s around 285 big difference!! BNQ not replying to complaint either shocking service!

Beware the template !
Nice sink we’re really happy with it however, the template supplied with the sink to cut the front fascia did not reflect the shape of the sink so there was a gaping hole at the bottom..... had to get B&Q to send out another fascia unit which I will now have to cut manually

Good sized basin
I bought this along with the Helena back to wall toilet and I am very pleased with the quality and size of the basin. It looks great with the Marletti White Gloss unit.

Poor Sink Quality
As with other reviewer. Bought a whole Helana suite. Recessed sink had to go back 3 time because of defects. Also counter top template not at all clear - 2 measurements shown with the letter R in front of them (e.g. 2R292 & R234), but no idea what clue to what these refer to. Sink exchanged without too much fuss, but it added weeks to the planned fitting time.

broken parts
if you buy thiws sink check it immediately, as ours had a broken chrome overflow outlet embellisher.

Nice sink
Lovely sink, good depth and shape and fits in nicely with the rest of our bathroom suite. No manufacturing defects as mentioned by a different customer. Good quality.

Helena basin
We bought a whole Helena suite, the sink had to be sent back 3 times. The quality of the moulding was terrible, had lots of ripples in it. Gave up after the third time and accepted this is just poor quality.
