nice design tap shame no spare parts
this tap is excellent and we have been very pleased with it it is the best tap we have ever bought being very smooth when you turn it on and also it is very stylish it is now out of warranty and it as just started leaking at the base of the tap when you turn it too the hot position we contacted b/q to get a new replacement cartridge the tap is a cooke and lewis tap but it seems that is a b/q brand name I asked b/q if they could get us areplacement cartridge and they said no and we would have to buy a brand new tap as they said they cant get spares from the manufacturer as these taps come from china I said we shouldn't have to go to the expense of buying a new tap as other companies offer replacement parts for their taps I have spoke tob/q head office and also put it in writing about my concerns but that was two weeks ago but I have not had a reply back from them which I am disappointed that they have not responded

Great looks and great performance - all pressures
I had this high quality tap fitted to my new kitchen three years ago and have been so delighted with it that I want another when we move house shortly. Sorry that the person with low pressure took it back as we have very low pressure here and it works perfectly. Can highly recommend it but please give me a chance to buy another before you clear the stock!!!!

Classy and elegant
Replaced original Cooke n Lewis tap with Ishikari tap..over the moon!! Functional,classy and elegant. Recommended!!

not as described
i have returned this item,please check before buying .On line it say,s suitable for low and high pressure in the instruction which came with this tap it says for high water pressure only!

Quality product.
I fitted this tap a few weeks ago and we are very pleased with our purchase. Looks and feels good quality. Cost is probably a bit too high.
