Chrome flakes on tap edge. Causing cut to finger.
Bought tap 2years ago and as you would expect from manufacturers it was a good purchase. However the chrome over the last 6 weeks has split from tap edge causing myself and my wife to have quite nasty cuts. I don’t think it should be doing that after 2years.

Just cheap junk. Does not work on first install
Bought this tap and had it installed with new sink. Plumber was a bit dubious but we had what we had. The button to jet or spray does not work so this does both all the time. Seems pretty flimsy, should have looked at the reviews here first. Took the broken section to B&Q to be told that a lady had the exact same problem just 2 days ago. They did not have any in stock (very poorly stocked in Farnborough for everything right now) and the kitchen and bathroom department said there was nothing at all they could do. They advised me to buy ANOTHER one and then send it back for refund with the faulty part in it. Based on all of these negative reviews, I doubt this tap will last long even if the button does work correctly on the new nozzle. More expense in the future for a very very poor product!!! I will be a lot more careful of cooke and lewis branded stuff in the future after this rip off and total lack of willingness by B&Q staff to help me resolve this. Plumber bills are not cheap but I doubt B&Q care too much!! Would not recommend this to anyone - just check out all the reviews...

Great value for money
I like this tap. I like how the water flow can be changed easily. However, it does take a little longer to fill the sink and seems to feel loose, have to keep tightening. I do recommend though.

Poor quality
This is my 2nd tap in 6 years and its dual spray system starts leaking within 2 years. Not recommended.

Should be removed from range
Started dripping after fitting. Now I have to get the plumber to remove the tap before I can get an exchaxnge and then pay for him to fit the new one which will be of different manufacture. The reviews apart from the lucky customers say's it all - this is a faulty product. I purchaes a full kitchen from B&Q and must say the support has been good.

Great Tap
Bought this as we liked the look of it. Pretty easy to install and works fine. Only took a star off as it runs a little slower than out last one but other than that it’s brilliant

Tap not fit for purpose
Design fault. The small washer inside the tap body is eroding away and therefore leaking. The washer is in the porcelain valve housing. If this fault is rectified the review scores would top 4 +. But at present a 1 star

A THIRD one has broken AVOID AT ALL COSTS !
Love the style but so disappointed with quality. Our 2nd replacement started leaking from the top joint this weekend. The original wouldn't spray so B&Q replaced it after 6 months, the second did the same, another replacement and another £60 plumber's bill to pay and now this. My plumber said to avoid this tap as he has fitted loads which needed replacing. Now I face ANOTHER BILL to get this one removed and the replacement fitted

Take note of all the reviews and avoid.
I’ve had this tap fitted along with a complete new kitchen from b n q so far the kitchen is fine, I cannot say the same for the tap. I have used the button to change the flow a handful of times and it has broken, now water sprays out everywhere, complete and utter plastic rubbish. Not yet went to b n q to resolve this, but we shall see how the handle this.

Just installed, already dripping
I bought this tap yesterday, installed it today and its already dripping. Very frustrating, now I have to uninstall it and take it back tomorrow.
