tap broken after 7 months
it came with a 10yr guarantee, i brought this tap in may and now the side switch to jet is not working. bnq dont stock this no more therefore have to pay a plumber to take it out and then pay to have a new one fitted. Not impressed at all

Took it back after a week
So the main problem is the valve, it dribbles after you shut it, imagine filling your kettle but have to wait for the dribble to stop before you take it away, or the outside of your kettles wet. After that there's a mist that comes from the main flow of water and just damps the worktops around the sink. After that there's the stability of it, fitted as tight as it'll go the whole thing has a fair wobble to it. Absolutely terrible tap, worse when you consider the price!

Love this tap
I bought this kitchen tap a few months back and have loved it ever since, it works perfectly. I can switch between the two and pull it out with ease, I’m so glad I bought this.

Poor instructions and no cold on full
Where do I start.... After the ever awkward fitting of a tap in a tight space I'm really annoyed. Instructions are wrong as it says to tighten hot and cold before the pull out. You cannot tighten the pull out when the hot and cold are connected. The cold water works but then stops completely when put to full. The weight isn't enough for the pull out to go back and the design of the pipework is poor as the pull out is too close to the hoses causing friction. I bought in store so didn't check the reviews but really wish I had. I would avoid this tap at all costs.

Pathetic flow rate for hot water.
Was never an issue with the previous tap but this one is ridiculous.

DO NOT BUY
I bought this tap as a replacment. It lasted 24hours. I contacted B&Q. They are quite happy to replace the tap, but not to refund the extra cost of getting a plumber out again to replace the faulty tap.

Second lever failure in 8 years
We bought in 2012, then the lever's thread wore out a year later and B&Q replaced. Now the lever thread has worn out again and we do not have a receipt. Rotten quality.

Disappointed
Bought this tap to do what it said on the box. Pull-out hose does not work as advertised, due to friction. Difficulty in installation as the accommodation of three feed pipes within the monoblock housing is too restrictive. Good price explains lack of functionality.

This tap is mostly good
Have had this product for a few months now. Really like the look of it and the spray feature. However like the other reviews the hose attachment doesn't spring back like other taps might do. I have found the solution is to only pull the hose attachment out the tiniest bit to swivel around enough to clean the sink etc. but can easily be pushed back in. If you do need to pull the hose attachment out a lot which I rarely do (usually to clean my tumble dryer condenser etc) when you're finished reach under the sink and pull the counter weight and the spray nozzle will go back in place.

Good product
I am using this product from last 1 months, I feel it’s good because of the waterfall system in this tap’s mouth. Extended tap cord for easy cleaning of fruits, vegetables and sink.
