Very poor
I bought this month ago but received it without toilet seat.I was told by customer that I should be able to receive the seat after two month. What a shame!

Easy to clean
Bought this item 6 months ago and have no complaints. Stylish easy to clean, with no ledges or dirt traps. Love the soft closing seat as well. Very pleased.

Toilet seat
The toilet is good and looks modern - however we had a problem with lateral seat movement. The last thing you want is for the toilet seat to move about while you are doing the necessary. The seat fitting mechanism is not up to the job - the seat is secured by a couple of small plastic lugs that are supposed to lock into the base of the seat and after a short while these become disengaged allowing the seat to become loose. The lugs are not substantial enough.
