The life expextancy of a may fly
I've had to change this item so many times and now it's no longer available it's a case of having to replace the whole unit as there are no seats that fit. Luckily this item is no longer available or I'd be a revising never to but it

It is what it says a soft close toilet seat
Disappointed that this is the second purchase of the same seat in exactly 12 months because one of the "soft close cartridges" in the first broke down so its expensive if replacement is needed every 12 months!! as replacement cartridges are not available.

Easy fit
This is slightly different from the seat we took off, but fits just fine. It was very easy to fit, much better than a few others we have had in the past. The soft closure isn't the best, but it is acceptable.

Toilet seat
I am very happy with the product but your photo is not clear, it is difficult to see the inside details of the seat.

Ok but
I have just received and fit this toilet seat. The fittings provided are very easy to use but the quality is not great. The seat itself seems OK but when they say soft close they do mean it, it takes forever to close. I bought this one to replace one that is supplied with the Fabian toilet from B&Q and although it is a slightly different shape it does fit and hopefully is better quality, time will tell

I'm so pleased I spotted this in your latest catalogue, having previously complained that the seat specifically supplied for my Fabian toilet was not bottom-shaped. I hope you will now alter what is supplied with the Fabian to the Lana seat.

Great Quality
Really pleased with the quality of this product and especially the simple design and installation. I have had numerous bad experience of poor fittings that quickly slacken off but this seat appears to be solid with no movement. Delivery could have been quicker, otherwise, excellent.
