Soft close
Had this toilet seat a couple of years now and the soft close has stopped working. Have tightened up the lock nuts, which are difficult to access I have to say, but still no good. Never had issues with other toilet seats so thought it should last. Not impressed.

Replacement is even worse
I rang B&Q and they sent me the replacement. which has the same problem as the previous one (i.e. the hinges and the release buttons are stuck). But on top of that its cracked. Stay away from this product. B&Q should not be selling this as its got serious quality issues. Only thing good about it is the design.

Bad quality hinges
The Hinges are very bad quality. I am not sure whether I can return it once fitted. It has lost its soft closing within the first week.
