Toilet goes down the pan
This may or may not be a good toilet (bought online) - I wouldn't know because three of the parts could not be fitted to each other. Siphon wouldn't fit in cistern, nor would ball valve nor handle as nowhere to fit it. Plumber was fearful when he unpacked it as it's a frequent problem with B&Q he said, and this repeated by local plumbers merchant where we had to go and get replacement, (a lot cheaper too). But no hassle about returning it all to local store.
