Avoid
I am a certified heating engineer and i have never seen such poor quality. The cisterns on cooke amd lewis toilets fail within weeks. Avoid any cooke and lewis products

Good Value
We've recently had this toilet and wash hand basin fitted in our en-suite. Looks great the only downside for us is that the fittings on the toilet seat broke as we were fitting it and we are finding it impossible to get a replacement as most of the other soft close D shape toilet seats are slightly longer and wider. Otherwise a great set for a great price.

Do Not Buy This Toilet
We bought this toilet less than a week ago and the flush is already broken. Not impressed!

Not pure brilliant White like my bath and sink but easy to live with.good flush but no holes for the tank.

great buy
We bought this at the weekend and it was fitted today 19/1/2015 and I have to say it was a very good buy The flush is a lot more quieter than my old one It is very slim and looks great The fitting was very easy took about an hour I would recommend this toilet and cistern to anyone
