Rubbish
This toilet has been nothing but trouble since installed by B&Q 4 years ago. The flush has broken on several occasions, and this last time the button completely disintegrated. We have also had trouble with a Cooke and Lewis bathroom tap, which has been leaking. We paid more for Cooke and Lewis because we wanted a superior product, but the goods are just cheaply made rubbish and I would recommend staying well away from them.

Terrible seat with unworkable plastic fastenings
This loo is ok but the square seat is terrible. The plastic fastenings do not hold properly meaning that the loo seat is loose and wobbly all the time. I cannot find replacement fastenings as it is such an odd shape. PLUS the shape at the back is really awkward to change.I would suggest not buying it as the angle of the fastenings is unworkable
