Faulty cartridge
I purchased this tap based on it looks and the great price. Buying from B & Q is normally a good experience as I normally do it in store, this purchase was made online and guess what..... Yes, I received a faulty tap, well cartridge. Hopefully I will receive a replacement but for the time being I cannot use the tap which is very inconvenient especially as we paid good money to get it fitted.
