Nice tap
Nice tap, looks nice but had to wait 5 days for delivery and ended up arriving bent. To save time my husband just straightened it but was very disapointed. To add to it, I think seal is too small so leakes when the water is running.

Disappointed
Bought this about a month ago and had plumber come to fit it , was really pleased with it and it looked good in my new kitchen , after just 1 day it started to leak from spout , when I turned tap on it squirted out of side of silver spout in my face , tried to replace washer but still leaked , obviously a faulty tap but who was going to take tap out and replace a new one for nothing ? No one , have had to bogg tap up . Also cannot use any cleaning chemicals on it , which is something I had not thought about, very disappointed

great set of taps and great value
These taps and the black composite sink are the feature in my new kitchen, even the plumber remarked how good they looked.

Poor quality
We are on our 3rd tap in 2 months. The first one came with a defective part so we returned it before fitting. A replacement tap was fitted a month ago and a part inside has now broken. I will not be ordering a replacement; I intend to order a different one.

Good looker
I bought this and fitted it to my new Frankie Sink. It looks great and now works well after I fixed the leak from around the end of the spout. The small washer was either faulty or wasn't the correct one. I replaced with a different o ring and now is working well.

works fine, looks stylish -easy to fit
I bought this two weeks ago and so far so good. There are not many black kitchen taps around and this is one of the more stylish and reasonable and goes well with our black sink and drainer. Still overpriced-after all it is just a tap!

Good solid product
Bought this tap to match the sink to be installed in our new kitchen, matches perfectly as the colour is not flat, matte black it is Anthracite in colour. However there is a bit of a leak around the chrome screw in end piece of the spout. We tried to wrap some plumbers white tape around but this didn't stop it. Maybe our pressure is too high but everything else in the house is fine, hence only 4 stars.
