NOT THE SAME BATH
So cross. I bought this bath a couple of years ago and loved it. Ordered again and when arrived did not have lip. IT IS NOT THE SAME BATH. Told by customer services as has same code it’s the same. If you have updated the product update the photo. MISS ADVERTISING

Not as described
There are lots of key hole baths out there but I chose this one has it had a ‘lip’ at the head end. Arrived without the lip. It the same product.

Well impressed
We've had this bath in place now for two years. Quality product at a reasonable price. Was even impressed by B&Q's delivery contractor - they wouldn't consider it delivered until they and we had inspected it and made sure it was perfect. Will gladly buy the same product again in our next house!

Damaged
The bath arrived damaged but exceptable and usable. However within a week the bath started to crack at the base which was nowhere near the initial scratches. Be aware although you might purchase from B and Q they pass your complaint to the manufacturer
