Love this tap, but…
We’ve had this tap for some time now and love it, cleans really easily and looks really stylish, but like many of the review the handle has recently broken off. The thread just isn’t long enough. Under warranty still but reluctant to go for the same again, In the meantime we have an industrial look repair with an M8 bolt!

Poor quality
As with others, the thread on the handle became loose and eventually failed completely. I've searched for a spare part but none seem available. I am attempting a fix using some helicoils and epoxy weld. Do not waste your money on this product!

Lever worn off
Bought this item for new kitchen, the lever had worn off. Bought it 5 years ago, sadly not kept receipt thus B and Q won't help.

Be aware of this product
I agree with other viewers that the thread on the lever worn out and cannot be fixed even using PTFE tape on the thread, it keeps falling off. SO I do not recommend this product.(it last 10 months)

Definitely avoid
Similar to other reviewers, the Lever thread has worn out for us after 7 months and now we need to get a new tap. Waste of money unfortunately..

Attractive appearance but poor design
After about 3years the lever thread has worn away somehow so the lever keeps falling out. No spares available so have to keep glueing it back in. Poor design at this price. Not recommended.

not happy with the tap at all
Had this tap fitted for 5 weeks now, the pull out head spout will not stay inside the tap, its hanging out, what is the problem? is this a faulty tap?

Love it!
We love this tap and completely agree with other reviews, once you use the pull down spray function you wouldn’t go back to a normal tap It is so versatile and looks great. Ours has only been installed for a month so keeping our fingers crossed we don’t suffer the issues other customers have reported with theirs

Looks good but didn’t last
This started leaking from the hinge point on the lever. There are no serviceable parts to allow this to be repaired. Giving it a middle review as was good up until this fault. Am I being harsh expecting it to last longer than 3 years.?

Easy to install under 30 mins. Looks great.
Purchased this after our previous tap (same brand) started leaking and the filter completely detached (afer 7 years). As the previous one lasted as long as it did I was happy to buy from again. Installations instuctions are very simple and realistically not required as there are are 4 pieces to fit the tap. Reccomeded
