Poor fixing quality
Agree with several reviews above, the fixings are poor on this seat and it is difficult to secure it properly without it moving around a lot and having to constantly retighten it. Can see why it’s on as a clearance item!

Just awful
Purchased this because colour matches wall in bathroom. Dreadful product though. Fittings are weak and fiddly, instructions impossible to read and it firs only the smallest of toilets as the dimensions are tiny. My fault partly as I should have measured up. Asked at the counter if I could return if it doesn't fit so will do just that and have a pop if they don't as noticed others haven't been able to return it.

Absolutely Awful!!
I’ve wasted my money on this toilet seat..... the so called ‘easy release‘ seat fixings are so badly designed they are impossible to keep tightly fitted.... It got so bad I finally resorted to using super-glue!!!! This also worked loose, so I’ve now decided to purchase another toilet seat, for a third of the price, from a different retailer, as B&Q do not allow you to return these items..... save your money and buy a different seat.

Great!
Lots of bad reviews but we have had this for over a month now and it has been great. Just simply add a little rubber washer type thing and it stays in place perfectly. Great soft close, easy clean. Perfect.

absolutely terrible. Zero stars.
I wish I could give this zero stars. Surely cooke and lewis as bathroom makers know that steel does not screw to pot! SO why make it this way. It is expensive and useless and unfortunately I am unable to return it. It moves everytime you go near it, and it will not tighten. Utter cr*p.

Truly dreadful
We bought this about 4 months ago, I don't know why I haven't throw it away. I have to try and tighten ( not possible fittings to flimsy ) EVERY WEEK!. B&A can't read customers reviews on the products it sells otherwise it wouldn't e selling this worthless rubbish...I think you've read enough bad reviews just move on. Regards Steve

Don’t buy this one
This is possibly the worst toilet seat I have ever brought, moves to much you only have to sneeze and it falls off!!
