Useless tap
Looks fine but in 5 years had to replace it twice, dripping all the time, do not buy this tap

Looks lovely but is awful quality
Similar issue to other people here.. paint at base of tap started peeling away after a few months and 2 years in, the main part of the tap itself has split open and leaks water when the tap is on.

Good ...... for a while.
Having to replace this after about 2 years. About six months ago, as others have said, the tap worked itself loose, and is a proper pain to re-tighten. About a month ago, it started to slowly drip, and now there's a bit of a puddle under the sink, with the bottom of the tap being moist, so this is the culprit. Lots of other similar taps online with excellent reviews for half the price. Do yourself a favour and steer clear of this model.

Would be Zero stars if I could
Shambles of a product , wobbles and will not tighten and drips constantly enough to fill a basin overnight . Only about a year old , Avoid 😡😡😡

Poor coating
2 years after fitting, and having been very careful to not use chemical or abrasive cleaning, the black coating has been coming off these taps for about 6 months.

Don’t buy it!
Bought this tap about 10 months ago and today the top came off and my kitchen and living room were flooded by the time it reached the stop valve. It was professionally fitted and the plumber came out today and said it’s faulty as this should not have happened.

Sections wobble and tap leak after only 6 months
Bought 2 taps for my new kitchen. After 6 months the taps feel unstable and wobble in the sections of the column. There is no access to try and tighten. Taps started to drip after 6 months: Again no access points to try and stop the leak or change the internals. Very disappointed. Poor build quality, not durable or fit for purpose and design prohibits any possibility of maintenance / repair. Rubbish B+Q. ADVICE - do not buy this item
