Stiff to swivel and leaking from top of neck

I brought this tap earlier this year in store and it looked great and was perfect. Should have read these reviews first. It was a pain to fit and I have had to retighten it under the sink on a few occasions as it twists. Probably due to the swivel part being stiff to move. Now at the weekend found water spraying out of a series of tiny holes on the left hand side of the spout on the top surface. Suspect it’s corroded from inside or cracked, or manufacturing error. Can’t find receipt so guess it’s time to buy another new tap but not one of these.

Doesn't swivel....

I love the look - but the tap barely swivels and the whole base turns, not just the tap.

Good quality tap

Bought to replace old kitchen tap mixer and found this high-neck one is the perfect match for our need. Easy to install...Good quality...

Brilliant tap for the kitchen sink

Well made, great design, simple to assemble and easy to install .The extra height makes it a dream to use.

Very poor quality

We had this tap fitted less than 6 months ago by a plumber to be sure it was fitted correctly. Plumber had to come back next day as it had come loose. Now it is completely loose again to the point it looks broken! Not fit for purpose! We have a large and small sink so regularly need to move the tap from one side to the other but I believe this should be normal expectation for a kitchen tap

Rubbish

Just looking for a new tap and spotted the reviews for the one we have advising it’s leaking from side of tap already. It must be a manufacturing fault as ours is also leaking from the left side spraying water out. Avoid this tap unless you want to replace it sooner than expected

Less than 2 years old and now having to replace

Purchased less than 2 years ago. Started to corrode on left side of the neck. Now started to squirt water from the neck, from the inside out, from where the corrosion shows. I don’t expect such an expensive tap to need replacing after less than 2 years.

Leaking from spout

I had this tap just over 2 years and it has started leaking from the rust spot on the spout I never expected it to rust never ever had a kitchen tap leak like this before very very poor quality product

Smurf81 - 1 / 5 - 21/10/2020

Begining to rust after 12 months

After just 12 months the tap has begun to develop rust spots on the spout surface which are multiplying fairly quickly, expect this will begin to leek soon same as other reviews have stated
