Bad water flow
The water should come out as a single airated flow. Instead it's like a shower head shooting out multiple thin streams of water at all angles. It also comes with copper pipes, these are therefore thrown away and flexible hoses bought.

No bubbles!
Had this fitted yesterday and quite disappointed. Looks great but water flow is too smooth- no air bubbles so no bubbles with detergent when washing up- very strange

Design flaw
Bought this item today. I needed it to fit onto a screw on outside tap fitting, as the tap fitting is 15mm this shouldn't have been a problem. Wrong!! The tap end thread is so thin it does not fit on any 15mm fitting. Poor design if you need this to fit any standard fitting. Will be returning this tomorrow.

Does not aerate water very well
Looks nice but does not aerate water unless very fast flow, so pointless

Look Great and Work Great
Just had these taps fitted with a new kitchen sink. I love them. Easy pull down lever (I have trouble turning taps due to weakness) They look great, work great and have already had a few compliments on them :)

Faulty!
I purchased this with a new kitchen from B&Q and my plumber has had a nightmare trying to get it NOT to leak. It's either a faulty product or we've been unlucky and had a faulty unit. The water leaks from the base when you turn the tap off!
