Complete Rubbish
Bought about five weeks ago. Hardly over-used but has jammed in the off-position. I suppose I should be grateful for that. Was bought to give to fitter putting in a new bathroom. Never occurred to me to check reviews for something so simple. Now I have to see if I can remove it without calling in an electrician, return and replace. Not filled with much hope about buying a replacement. Obviously Crabtree is the name to avoid. The facility for zero stars rating should be available.

Fails to work after a few weeks
Bought one to replace worn out one and after a few weeks the switch fails to reset and becomes stuck. You can pull the cord rapidly to jimmy it on or off for another few days but after that it's knackered. Bought exact same model because I thought it must have been a dodgy unit but exact same thing happened. Absolutely pony gear.

I ordered this switch as the casing in the picture was screwless. However the product I received had screws in the casing.

Useless.
Worked only for 4 days and it is broken. Switch does not work. What a waste of time and money. Do not buy it.

Poor Quality
Having purchased the ceiling pull cord switch about 6 weeks ago, the spring release switch now sticks and becomes difficult to switch off and on and requires replacement. I unable to source a more heavy duty model elsewhere which I would prefer, so reluctantly I have buy another.
