Not fit for purpose, DO NOT BUY
This is the 2nd time I have bought one of these floating shelves (not both from b & q) but both equally poor. Last time I had to fit extra brackets underneath to support it, I accepted at the time that it was perhaps bearing too much weight for its design. Besides the fact that it took 3 attempts for the store to get one In undamaged as they are not protected in transit. even with just a small picture frame and small ornament, the shelf still tips forward. I tried wrapping insulation tape around the "supports" to make them a tighter fit, but to no avail, I am going to have to add extra support underneath again! Go to another product, this is useless!!
