Spikes of richly coloured flowers in late summer
- Planting location: Beds, borders or in patio pots
- Soil moisture: Moist & well drained, Soil pH: Any
- Flowering period: July - September, Planting period: March - May
- Hardiness: H5 - Hardy in most places throughout the UK even in severe winters (-15 to -10°C)
- Plant in a sunny/shady spot. Dig soil improver and bonemeal into the planting hole before planting. In heavy clay soils add horticultural grit to the bottom of the planting hole. Do not attempt to plant these bulbs if the ground is frozen or during freezing conditions Remove faded flowers to prolong flowering. Top dress with a general purpose plant food as the last flowers fade. Allow foliage to die down naturally.

Waiting for show
Bought these in early April well packaged, can't comment on if bulbs viable have to wait a few more months. Fingers crossed.
