Very Poor Service
Please don’t buy online from BandQ. One of these items arrived damage and three weeks on I am still awaiting a replacement. Terrible service.

Good product poor description and after sales
I have used other brands before and have been disappointed so when I read the description of the Cuprinol less mess one coat I thought I would try it. “Cuprinol wood paint is a high opacity paint, covering most surfaces in just one coat.” However the coverage threw me “ This 5L size contains enough paint to cover up to 5 m² on average.” Thats not much so I questioned it and looked at the 9L tin and other 5L tins of this brand. All noted the same or similar coverage. The calculator on the page also confirmed how much I needed. So I thought it must be a great quality with such a low coverage. One coat will save me time so I purchased my tins on-line which B&Q delivered. When I opened the first box the tin description said coverage up to 25m2 not 5 m2 so I had purchased far too much! I went on”Chat” which was a waste of time then rang customer service to warn them their website was incorrect and to collect all the paint tins I no longer needed as it didn’t fit in my car. Their response “No problem and thank you for letting us know, I will get the webpages changed and someone will call you to arrange collection.” No phone call or collection since so I went to my local store and was told don’t expect a call, bring it back yourself. So I did in two trips. Still not had my refund and checked this morning the descriptions haven’t changed. My fence does look good in one coat.

I bought this product and think it’s great it gives good coverage and it’s also water based which also means brushes are easy to clean
