Thin wood stain.
Having used cuprinol products previously over many years ,this wood stain was very thin & watery so had difficulty in applying it.

Great product
Easy to apply and great finish although need to keep stirring to ensure bottom of tin stain colour is the same as when first used.

Not teak coloured - brick coloured
Cuprinol teak stain is not fit for purpose. The colour indicator shows it to be a dark rich brown, the stain is actually closer to brick orange. See the attached photo. The images on the B&Q website are also very misleading and don't match the colour. If you do buy Cuprinol, keep the receipt. Very poor product.

Covers well
Recently used this product for our garden furniture, covers well. Takes on different hues depending on types of wood of the garden furniture. Dries well and looks professional on completion-happy with this product

Very disappointed
I applied 2 coats to a teak garden table and it has gone sticky. It gets even stickier in sunlight. Can you explain why

Typical of water based stains
Bought this to re-finish a garden bench. Spent a couple of hours sanding it down till it was all smooth and all old stain was gone. A someone else said it's ok if you don't go ver the same area twice. Frankly this is impossible with a garden bench. The result is a patchy finish, if your ok with that go ahead and use it but it's not for me and I won't use it again.With spirit or oil based finishes the second application reactivates the first and the coats blend together, water based product don't do this. Blame the Europe for that!

Very impressed
Super impressed with this product. I have a garden table and 6 chairs which is old but still in good condition apart from its aged and gone a dull grey. I considered using Cuprinol restorer but that seemed to be rather hard work so opted to stain it instead. I cleaned the set down just with soapy water using a deck scrubber. Applied 1 coat which seemed sufficient and should be enough for whole set as product goes a long way. It has literally brought it back to life, looks as good as new. Photo of work in progress to show the transformation.

Excellent product
Used this on a hardwood gate and it has been really good. Remember to avoid overlaps when using it.

Looks like new
Restained my hardwood table and chairs, and although it's hard work doing the prep, it's worth it. It is easy to apply by brush and they look like new. Put three coats on the table.

Great Stain.
Easy to apply - Deep colour with only one coat - Really does make wood waterproof - Would recommend.
