Decent but poor delivery

Good quality to be fair, there were a couple of twisted boards but plenty spare to compensate. Delivery was an absolute shambles though!

Decking kit

Delivery was on time and the driver very helpful - took away parts of the unwanted pallet. Kit itself is exactly what it says! 3 boards were slightly bowed but managed to pull them straight with screws. Would definitely recommend it!

Very poor quality , bowed deck boards

Really poor quality deck boards, out of the 32 at least 10 have major imperfections, spilts, deep slintering. Deck boards bowed length ways so laying boards to the recommended 5m apart impossible. As delivery is only as far as the front garden, after lugging each board one by one into our back garden and covering for three weeks until the rain stopped, having the urge to lay it outweighed the urge to call B&Q to exchange the worst boards.

Not What I Expected

Product advertised as 'pack' Not correct as you still have to buy all the screws and fittings. This should be made clear on web description. Also initail inspection upon delivery shows at least 4 deck boards with large splits in them Overall very disappointed.

mainly good

It was delivered at the agreed time. I was able to start building the same morning. The wood for the frame was fine. Had I chosen each of the deck boards individually I would have rejected 5 or 6 out of the 32 boards delivered. Several of these boards had knot holes and a couple had very rough patches. Also a couple of the boards were slightly warped which resulted in an uneven gap between some of them when lined up with a 5mm gap. Having said that I have a solid, substantial decking in my garden - now we only need the sun!
