Lovely product poor packaging
Bought these beautiful handles in multiple sizes for our new kitchen. They look absolutely lovely and really add a quality traditional looking finish to our doors. However because they're all sent in the same box together loose, the square edges on the fixings are susceptible to marking the other handles during transport. a simple solution of shredded cardboard or even the sheets of brown paper that other large retailers use would hopefully prevent future damage if they were to apply this protection going forward. a few of the handles were missing the mini plastic washer too which helps with keeping the handles straight when tightened up to being in line, we had our own so wasn't a big issue for us to rectify.
