The good and bad!
Whilst a great product ib its self. I was disappointed to find the led bulbs were built in. This is indicated in the site but i bould this in store. Nothing on the box to indicate this. Was supposed to be part of a smart lighting system after i changed the bulbs to dimmable. Nice product but something unusual like integrated bulbs should be clear on the packaging.

Easy to install, cheap to run.
Replaced two old kitchen spots, went back to buy more for the utility room. Good for the wallet and the conscience.

Avoid!
I bought two of those Ceiling Spotlights. Pros: very pleasant and bright light. Easy to install. You can direct this light without "leaking" unwanted light backward. Cons: very low quality and not well engineered turning holders for the bulbs. I have broken two already, even with very small force. Also white paint was peeled off despite safe packaging. The black base for the lamp holders make this product looks very cheap and undesirable in your house. So, my advise - visit local B&Q store and make your decision before buy.

Dim light
Bought to install in a small kitchen to replace a strip light. Described as warm white, I'd describe it as more of a muddy yellow. It's stylish and easy to fit, but frankly so dim as to be useless. Any energy saving from the led lamps is offset by needing extra lights to actually illuminate the kitchen. I'd return it if I could. Avoid
