Great practical torch
Had the last rechargeable torch (same model) at least 8 years ago and has finally stopped recharging so replaced with the same

Works for a short while
During a power cut was used but failed after a few days.

Great start - but then it all went wrong !
Bought when on offer, and a fantastic beam and reach. However it fell out of car door on a call ( no more than 10 inches ) and then the Charge light wouldn't illuminate. Went to store, but without receipt, they were unable to help, despite fact that Diall is I believe a B&Q own brand. Will purchase a replacement, but as others have said, keep receipt handy, as the lamps performance isn't matched by it's robustness.

Great torch
Was very impressed with the beam and the range on this torch. I'm constantly using it on my nightly walks in the countryside

Very bright beam, lightweight to hold
First charge has lasted very well - very powerful beam. Our only criticism is the on/off switch is on the 'base' and is not easy to operate (need two hands).

Decent when it works
I have twice purchased this torch. It's great when it works nice and sturdy great light but now it has failed to work when going to charge it, and both times I have not had my receipt despite buying it on a credit card and showing the statement. First time the shop let me replace as a goodwill gesture second time not so lucky. as previous reviewer states KEEP YOUR RECEIPT

Awsome power
Purchased to replace an old model of this type, great strong light charges in a very short time. Allows top up charging without damage to battery.

Not what it seems
I wanted a flashlight for use out of doors. The IP44 rating on the website made me think that this product would be suitable. But the small print says IP20 and the instructions say twice " For Indoor Use Only." What's the use of a flashlight that can't be used outside? Also the charging is not as described. Instead of the neat USB charger there are separate chargers for mains and car.
