Latch doesn't work
Don't bother. The lock doesn't go on the catch. Waste of money. Repeatedly tried to realign... Not the issue. Poorly made

Uncomfortable konb
Don't buy this, very poor quality,screws sheared straight away, knob is very uncomfortable when you pull it. should have paid more.

the keys don't fitting. i will not buy again that rubbish. I think one star is to much for this product.

Quality not good
This was not a good buy, the very minimal instructions on the back are no good to anyone. We were installing this for a Neighour of ours and a job that should have taken about 20mins to half an hour took 2 hours. Screws that were too big and chewed up when trying to screw in and two heads broke off, resulting in a trip to diy shop to buy more screws, not good !!!!!

Gives new meaning to the word 'abysmal'
Bought this on Saturday morning, fitted Saturday afternoon and by Sunday lunchtime it had jammed, by Sunday afternoon it had been removed; 1 star is an overly generous rating - avoid at all costs.

Poor Quality
Purchased product within 4 days part catch fell off, if company supplying are ISO9001 accredited they should be reported and full Qualty Audit should be carried out ASAP. Did contact local branch for suppliers contact details but was told by supplier they do not supply Diall night latches.Will find out who manufactures products then contact watchdog tv.
