Better than white spirit.

I only use white spirit for thinning. This product is much better for cleaning brushes. A quick soak, then scrub with an old nail brush, then rinse and finish off with washing-up liquid and another rinse. Works very well.
Works well if brushes soaked

I used this to clean brushes that I'd left for a long time In the shed. Soaked the brushes overnight (agitating occasionally) and the next day the paint had become gloopy. Used an old fine comb to remove the bulk of the gloop and soaked again in the same pot. The next day rinsed off brushes and ad good as new.
No idea why this has such bad reviews

I bought this today because I didn’t want to pay £8 for a small tin of hammerite thinner and I’m so glad I did. It made hammerite melt away from my brushes and I’ve used it to restore all of my brushes.
The white paint in the photo was rock hard, I left it to soak in a coffee jar for 10 mins and The paint just rubbed off no hassle. I’ll be buying this again.
Rubbish

I went back to B&Q to buy this brush cleaner as the diall white spirit didn't do anything when cleaning my oil based paint brush. Can't believe it's just as bad! Sort it out please
Useless on oil based paints

Simply didn't touch the paint. After five minutes of trying the liquid looked almost as clear as when I started. Complete waste of time and money.
