Good value and fairly simple to fit
These were bought to replace existing 12V (with built in transformer) fittings that used the same hole diameter. The supplied 240V bulbs can be replaced with mains LED equivalents for better efficiency - the included bulbs are not the brightest 50W ones on the market. We found it simplest to completely assemble each unit, including bulb, and then present it to the end of the cable that had fed the original fitting. The diagram in the instructions showing how to insert the spring clips wasn't very clear but easy to do once understood (there are two lugs on the narrow sides of the slot and the spring clip is squeezed to pass over these and released to engage with them).

Put the new lights in my kitchen and they are so much brighter and better. Excellent
