Leaks
I bought this product new and fitted it to a brand new bath. I remember thinking it was a very odd design and had several different pieces to it. I sealed it in the normal way and despite that it leaked immediately. I reseated it but it continued in drip! So annoying! I’ve had to change it over with a new traditional type without all the strange pieces. I’m very proficient with plumbing tasks but this waste can not be sealed fully. Most be a design fault and needs to be withdrawn asap.

Don’t bother please take this item off the shelf
Fitted a new bath with this waste an no matter what I do it leaks. This is utter garbage now I’ll have to source another and the baths fitted in a recess so will be awkward to replace. This was the only bath waste I saw on the shelf in store at dearne vally. Please look at previous reviews as well as mine an remove from the shelves

Absolutely Rubbish
I can’t believe how poorly designed this product is, it’s every bit as bad as the other reviewers state, shame I didn’t read the reviews beforehand. After so many bad reviews why is this product still available, where is the quality control? Need to buy another one now.

Why didn't I look at the reviews before buying this ? The overflow waste just keeps on leaking no matter what I do, such a bad design. Got to spend half a day now refitting another one

Horrendous piece of kit
Rarely I have dealt with such a poorly designed and badly made piece of equipment, this thing is basically designed to fail and the instructions pretty much admit that telling you to use ptfe or sealant to stop the leaks. Neither of which work however as the gaps this thing leaves are just too large and the number of possible failure points so great than even after smothering the whole fitting inside and out in lsx and leaving it to set it still leaks like a sieve. Awful, awful, awful DO NOT buy!

Nightmare to fit
Attempted to fit this 6 times and it leaked every time. Badly designed and just not worth the hassle. The 2 holes in the metal body for the overflow allow bath water from the main drain into the outer housing and even though it looks solid left me with a slow leak. Gave up, chucked it in the bin and bought a standard bath waste for half the price.

Poor item
Leaking and fitting around. The overflow hole is bad also water leaking from the threading as well.

Leaks
Leaks everywhere done as said used silicone and pfte tape waste of time and money don't buy can't take back as covered in silicone.
