All but useless.
The angle guide is small and polished finish, so almost impossible to hold the scotia and cut to the rquired angle accurately.

mind your fingers
used a couple of times and found them dangerous, cheap grips which slide loose a very vague cutting system, purchased to save time but ended up using my mini mitre block instead, as didn't fancy loosing any fingers, blade is very sharp and cuts neat but the grips are slippy and come loose very easily, returned for no quibble refund

Good or bad depending on your scotia
If your scotia has a very narrow contact area (where it touches the skirting / floor) then these are useless as it's impossible to hold the scotia in position while you cut due to the angled retainer not being tall enough. If, however, your scotia has fairly wide contact areas then they work very well. That's probably why some people rate these and some don't - it depends on what type of scotia they've tried to cut.

Excellent cutters
Must admit I was wary of buying these cutters after reading other reviews but glad I did once you get the hang of using them they are superb clean neat and precise cuts saving time and scotia in fact I was able to return two lengths due to less wastage the trick is not to be timid in the cut but use a quick positive action for a clean cut

Not fit for purpose
Completely unfit for the job. The angle of the cut never comes out perfect as the blade is blunt. The rubber grips slide off during use. Don't waste your money.

Scotia Cutters
A very useful item for doing those infrequent tasks which one gets rarely but do require a specialist tool.- I bought this to cut quadrant running along a bathroom floor. The various angles one can choose to cut are most useful and the cutters are simple to use. Angles are 45, 60,75,90,105 and 120. My only mini-gripe is that the orange silicone/rubber grip on one side keeps sliding off its metal arm. However one can live with that in view of the frequency of its use. Good value for those one-off jobs.

Great tool would not be without it!
It makes cutting mitres so easy maybe will only use once throughout the house but worth every penny, I suppose I could car boot it!
