Absolute rubbish
Bought a 3 pack of these for lamps in the spare bedroom - they all failed in a matter of weeks. I've never had bulbs do that before and looking at the other reviews it is obvious this product is useless. Buy elsewhere! Sadly I can't leave no stars on the review.

Do not buy!!
Purchased 2 of these bulbs for bedroom lamps. One broken after only 2 uses. Second broke after a week. Terrible. Got a refund on the first. Buy anything other than these. Its a shame these reviews cannot be seen in store!

Don't waste your money
The quality of these lamps is terrible. I bought five along with a light fitting about four weeks ago and the second lamp has just failed. They've had less than 100 hours use. Going to try and take them back. £1.98 per lamp isn't exactly a budget lamp, you can get Philips for that price from a supermarket.

Load of expensive rubbish!!
This product is supposed to be a replacement for the old stile light bulbs. It Its expensive and useless I keep taking back the light bulbs back because they have a 2 year guarantee (What a joke!), the best I have had is 6 months, Suggest customers keep their receipts, keep the packaging and put the date when installed and if they don't last for 2 years return them and ask for credit. I also suggest B&Q purchasing department source another supplier to get this right. This also applies to the bayonet fitting bulb.

Pleased
I have a very different experience to the other 2 reviewers. I have 11 fittings in my house with a mix of lamps, ceiling, single / multi bulb and dimmable, all using this product and have never had a problem.

Terrible
I have bought 5 of these over the past 2 months, now I am down to just one left. Initially i thought I must have bought a bad batch, but the last two i bought lasted just a few hours. So I am taking them back today to try to get my money back.

Diall Halogen Eco 42W Candle E14
Previously bought 4 of the non dimable regular Diall versions which all lasted less than 3 weeks. Bought 4 of these that are supposed to last 2000 hrs or 2 years, first one has blown after just 17 days, lets see how the other 3 do, all of which are in use in different parts of the house and on different circuits. They maybe cheap at £1.78 each, but not if they need replacing every 3 weeks. Would be interested to know if anyone else has had/is having problems with the 'Diall' brand of bulbs.
