Probably not the product, but your wiring.
Please note that some wiring & or light switches in houses can't cope with L.E.D. dimmable light bulbs & therefore, in low-power mode they will flicker. The dimmer switch will probably need replacing.

Do not buy these bulbs
I bought a bucket load of these bulbs for the numerous lights in my house. They do not last. Ive lost count of how many ive had to return. I’m just about to return 3 more that have stopped working. Would give zero stars if possible.

Not dimmable, had to return
As others have said, these bulbs flicker on anything less than full brightness. They are certainly NOT dimmable!

Flickering
Have 2 B&Q bought light fittings in my lounge each has 3 lamps, they are controlled by a B&Q bought twin gang dimmer, lamps flicker no matter where you put the dimmer. So now B&Q don’t sell incandescent lamps your stuck with these wastes of space. Buck Up B&Q I always thought the Q stood for quality.

Flickers
Don't waste your money. Remains stable on full power only. Anything less it flickers. NOT dimmable as advertised. Will be returned.

Flicker
This is the first time I tried dimmable LED bulbs and I'm not at all satisfied. As you can tell from the title they flicker, not on all settings of the (new) dimmer, but on most positions. Even when adjusted to not flicker they will invariably start flickering after a few seconds or minutes.
