It's shoddy, Ted, shoddy
I installed this yesterday and it has been OK so far. But I had to make a Plastazote washer plus the washer from the old broken one to put between the fitting and the cistern to hold it firmly. And inserted some rolled up sheet plastic (cut from a milk bottle) around the square sectioned rod inside the white plastic fitting to stop it wobbling about so much. And I had to get a bigger screw/nut (flat end instead of pointy end) as the tiny one provided stripped off the plastic of the lifter while I was trying to screw it in firmly enough to grip onto the rod. 'Waste not want not', I say, but I may have to resort to trying another one if I have to keep fixing it.

Handle inadequate
I bought the first one a week ago it broke 3 days ago I bought a second one because I lost receipt and shop staff didn't want to no I fitted it and New it was going to fail as the plastic rod from cistern puller to handle cast bar didn't fit tightly and now its failed again after 2 days utter rubbish should not be for sale

Don't Bother
Whilst it was easy to fit initially when used the internal nylon nut kept jumping the threads making it useless to use a second time. Plastic/nylon threads on bolt or nut too weak.
