Introducing Diall Insulation Board, the perfect base for wallpapers, tiles, paints & coatings without solvent. This white polystyrene board has a thickness of 6mm and covers an area of 0.48m². It has a BRE green guide rating of A+ and a U-value (thermal insulation) of 5.83 W/m²K.

- Ensure the surface is clean & free from dust, dirt & grease. Coat the wall with recommended adhesive using toothed spatula. Hang the Polystyrene tiles, edge-to-edge. Secure with a rubber roller. If necessary, apply recommended adhesive on the joints. Leave to dry for 24-48 hours before applying the covering

Waiting to see results.
Bought to insulate a cold utility & hopefully prevent condensation. Put wood panelling over and then painted. Hopefully the coming winter will be better.

Good value insulation
Used to insulate the back of some wardrobes. Easy to use although found cutting with scissors' better than using a knife. Good value for money

Why not 10mm to go with the timber, also bought.
I have not yet used the boards as the projects in progest. Question for B&Q? Why did I have to visit four stoes whom all claimedf to have the product and correct amount in stock but could not find it when I mvisited them. A real run around, rubbish stock control.

Easy to use and fix
Quick and easy to use; l used PVA applied with a gloss roller to both wall and sheets. So easy and quick to do. Because the sheets are only 3mm, care must be taken when handling.

Standard insulation, good consistency
Good insulation in tight spaces, nice and cheap but does a decent job. Easy to cut, consistent grain and easy to stick on.
