Incorrect product description

The item itself is effective and is easy to install, however the product description is incorrect. Online, it states that the product is 4.5mm thick but the packaging on the product says it is only 3mm thick. The product would also be easier to use if there were guide lines on the back, similar to wrapping paper, so that

Product seems to be doing what I wanted. It was easy to apply behind the radiators. It could be a bit thicker but is doing enough heat reflecting so far

I used this when I ripped out two main walls in our old 33 year old motorhome after rebuilding the framework I used this on he walls before putting back the polystyrene insulation the. Boarded over the whole lot it helped protect the wall from further damp and noticed a difference in holding the heat in
Only 3mm thick!

This product is advertised as 4.5mm thick but it's actually only 3mm thick and the quoted Insulation efficiency is worse than the 600mm foil insulation which is quoted as 3mm thick so methinks the thicknesses are backwards!
Great way to heat you room not the walls

I have retro-fitted this behind all my radiators, without the need to stick it to the walls, just simply slide in place. One roll is more than enough for an average 3-bed house. It cuts easily, but a grid pattern on the back would be great to guide you when cutting - like with wrapping paper. Nice product and very cost effective. One roll did two houses!
