poor finish
After a few months installed the chrome peeled off leaving a brass coloured base.

Would have given 0 stars if possible
The bottom washer is totally ineffective. Eventually managed to get a seal with use of silicon then it started to leak a few days later for no reason at all. I wish I'd read the reviews first but bought in store. It looks smart but looking at the reviews it is clear there is a high chance it isn't going to seal. Redsign the product or take it off sale.

Great replacement plug
Bought this to replace a pop up plug that never worked properly. Straight forward replacement, fitted perfectly and works well. Will buy again for the other sink when that needs sorting.

Looks nice but cannot to get a good seal, it leaks
The lower washer is totally incorrect and it will leak each time to empty the basin. It needs a conical rubber washer to make it fit and seal correctly. Over priced for such a bad design of assembly parts.

Absolute rubbish, lasted 10 months.
Looks good and easy to fit but after 10 months, the O ring swelled making it impossible to close. If I did get it closed, it was impossible to open. It would be understandable if it had come into contact with cleaning products but the worst it got was soap and water. A nice idea and potentially good product ruined by a 1p O ring.

Looks nice but leaks all the time
Fitted ok but after 36hrs to let the silicone dry. It's still leaking so tightened the nut at the bottom as it was still leaking and could hear the plastic nut crack. I might as well of chucked £21 down the toilet.

Product looks good
Product looks good and easy to fit but needs silicons to seals it to the basin it has been a week since it was fitted and the oring has stretched making it impossible to close it properly so it lets the water out of the sink

Smart modern look.
Bought two for both my sinks. Very smart look. Simple to fit. Shame it doesn't come with a blank for the now redundant plug chain gromet.

Does the job
Easy to fit. Quality seems fine. Only time will tell how quickly it might corrode with the hard water we have. Looks good. What can I say - its a sink waste fitting.
