What a Great light
Bought this tube to replace a standard tube and it’s absolutely amazing instant light no flickering and much brighter

Not without issues
I bought this product to replace a burnt out one. I will now have made 3trips to try to remedy problems with it. No starter in package. Now one of the connector pins is in hiding. Will have to return for refund as none are available to click and collect and they are unable to find any in the store. (they are supposed to have 19 in stock) Do read the product review from another purchaser (natbuk) This is not fit for purpose. Avoid

Terrible pacakging, fragile connectors
First one I bought had the connector broken. Drive back to shop. Second one didn't work - turns out you need a special starter that's supposed to be in the package. It wasn't. Drive back to shop again. Check other tubes on the shop floor - out of 6 I could find, only 1 had the starter included - the starter is supposed to be at the bottom of the package, but all but 1 was lost. The connector was also damaged (by me) with a very short drop (as I kept having to go back and forth to the shop with the now-unwrapped bulb!) - managed to glue the connector, and (with permission) took the starter (and handed all the bulbs with missing starters over to custoemer services) - now it's working (so 3 trips, 2 bulbs, starter and glue required) - never had so much fuss to replace a bulb. And the light is quite harsh too. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Very good bulb which needs specific starter.
The bulb itself is excellent with pleasant natural light, which doesn't flicker at all. It is better that standard halogen bulbs. But be aware, that it need specific starter, which should be included to the package. Unfortunately the package is generally damaged in store and starter is missing. I've find mine on the floor! Don't buy without starter. That is why 4 stars. But bulb is really nice.

Replaced an Old T12 4 Foot Tube with this LED
I replaced an Old T12 4 Foot Tube with this, the box also included a G13 LED Starter Cap so I replaced both the tube and Starter Cap at the same time. It just started working when I turned the light on, no issues or flickering. Over all easy install. I am Very Happy with the product. Regards Eric

Économie et rapidité
J'ai acheté cet article récemment pour remplacer mon ancien tube. J'ai choisi celui ci car: * il est avec la technologie LED donc une plus longue durabilité et consomme moins = économie * lorsque j'enclenche l'interrupteur le tube s'allume instantanément, alors qu'avec l'ancien tube sans led il y avait un temps de connection = rapidité
