This electric fire features a optiflame flame effect with & without heat which instantly adds an inviting, warming glow to the room. This fire uses a thermostat which switches the heat on and off to maintain heat levels. This fire has a separate remote control for ease of use.

THE SERVICE WAS EXCELLANT, VERY QUICK DELIVERY, THE FIRE IS LOVELY, FLAME EFFECT IS VERY REALISTIC AND SILENT WHEN RUNNING,UNLIKE SOME IVE SEEN WHERE THE NOISE FROM THE MOTOR IS VERY ANNOYING, THE FIRE LOOKS VERY STYLISH AND IS EXTREMELY GOOD QUALITY WOULD RECOMMEND IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A FIRE TO KEEP YOU TOASTY WARM BUT THAT LOOKS GOOD ALSO THEN THIS IS THE ONE,SOME WALL HUNG ELECTRIC FIRES I HAVE FOUND LOOK A LITTLE CHEAP AND TACKY, THIS ONE DOESNT

Disappointing Purchase.
Bought this fire as it featured real flame display. The fan was noisy, much more noisy than I thought it would be compared to other electric fires. The frame was all marked, one corner damaged and as a vocal point in the house it would have been annoying to look at it all the time. Ringing round for a replacement frame proved impossible as this fire is discontinued and the last remaining few in the store were just as bad as this one if not worse. The reverse of the frame supposed to be white, it was yellow and disgusting. Very disappointed in this fire and returned it.
