Brilliant effect
We purchased these 2 years ago from B & Q no regrets. Looks amazing the amount of people who have thought it was a real fire.

Very realistic wall mounted fire
Could not make my mind up on either gas or electric. Glad I choose this fire as it provides an excellent atmosphere when you do not need the heat.

great effect, great price, great delivery, real
We purchased two of these for our lounge. ( one either end ) Really pleased as they look soo real. easy to install. fantastic delivery service ( less than 24 hours ) Great that it is easy to adjust from 1-2 kilo watt by a nice designed remote control. very pleased and buying on offer price and an additional 10% , made them £794 for both.. Highly recommended.

Electric Fire brought out of the stone age
I searched high and low for this model of this make ( Dimplex ). Only B & Q actually said they had it ( just like other suppliers ) .. But B & Q did supply hassle free within 48 hours.. The fire is first class.. And on both low and high settings Brough an above average size warm to the temp I needed.. There's no video.. Either by the makers or on youtube that does the flame effect any justice ... Go see one for your self.. Then keep telling yourself it made by water that does not even get hot.! Yes electric fire with a water tank... But I have full confidence in the fire and love it.. Again best seen with your own eyes ..

Don't buy this fire!
After having the fire installed at my home, it worked for one day only. On day 2 it started to switch itself off for no reason (the water container was full). full). Dimplex told me it was a common fault (with the actuator - "some last a day, some a week and some longer"!!!!!). How can they market a product with such a failure rate. I'll never buy another Duplex product. Please note: B&Q were excellent when I made contact and had no issues refunding the cost of the fire. I will purchase a different brand from B&Q.

Fantastic Optimyst Electric Fire
This product was purchased this month and far exceeded my expectations. The water tank needs to be refilled after approx 8 hours of use which is a small price to pay for an amazing flame effect.

Looks amazing
Although I expected it to look good it has exceeded my expectations. Very realistic and virtually silent - my previous flame effect fire was very noisy.

If your looking for a real look fire and you don't want to hook up to gas , also something safe around children then this is your product, absolutely thrilled to bits with it and so simple to use .
