**BEWARE Do not buy this door with frame**
I bought this door with frame to save hassle of building frame myself, BIG BIG mistake! Waited nearly 4 weeks for door and frame to arrive. On arrival package is opened to find a new door and the flimsiest frame I've ever seen. The frame is made of poor material with one side built glued together with a spacer! Correct a spacer which ultimately weakens the frame. Frame was damaged on arrival! Cracked all the way around. Contact was made with B&Q and was offered £50 compensation which is laughable. Given I was halfway through a renovation of a house I accepted on the condition that the e gift card was loaded by 2pm so I could go to B&Q get materials to repair frame. Spend £50 @ B&Q to buy materials get to counter ecard declined no funds!! Pay cash leave to go home and repair door frame. Start to put accessories on door. Letterbox frame screws are too big for the door other screws are too small. Screws are too big for the handles and the bar to put through handles is 2 inch too big. Door lock is put on the wrong way! An absolute shambles, ill never order anything from B&Q again. Save yourself the hassle and money go elsewhere. Time to go to B&Q and see if this E-card is loaded with my peanuts of compensation now!!!!
