The niggles let it down a bit
I bought the door about a month ago and is now successfully installed and would have received 5 stars if not for some silly niggles, all to do with the door hardware. These were: 1. the screws for the door handles were too long and needed cutting with a hacksaw 2. The screws for the letterbox also needed cutting, despite 3 different lengths being supplied! They were all either too short or too long. 3. The weather bar that needs to be secured to the bottom of the door needs to be cut- its too long! Now none of these sound earth shattering but common B&Q you know the thickness and width of the door, surely it is not beyond your powers to supply the right size screws and weather bar on a product that has cost £500.
