Great for a short time
We bought one of these doors because it looked good and solid, was ascetically pleasing and had a multipoint locking system fitted as standard. The builders we had on site fitted it professionally, ( although I did hear them grumble that the door was twisted in its frame!) The door was treated several time with good quality exterior wood treatment products. The door looked great for around 12 months. Then, despite extra protection, the door deteriorated badly with black mould-like spots on the window trim. The doorstep is a disaster. The veneer is very thin and has quickly started falling off exposing chipboard- type wood beneath. Needless to say when the weather improves, it will have to be repaired and then painted to disguise the damage and when funds allow replaced with something better quality. I can only assume that the door is not very weatherproof and suits being installed on a doorway with some sort of canopy for protection.

Very impressed with customer service
I was very happy with the quality of the door and service from purchase to delivery. I feel the door is very good value for money. I hit a problem with the lock and thought I would have a long and stressful saga with customer services to sort it out, but it has actually hopefully been resolved very quickly without too much stress - I have just received an email to say that I will be fully reimbursed for the out of pocket expenses that I had to pay to rectify the problem. ( I haven't received the cheque in settlement yet but have no reason to doubt that I will.)
