OK but under 12mm diameter
Bought to make coat hook pegs and does the job nicely. Not quite 12mm diameter (11.5mm ish). Drilled 10mm hole in soft wood and lightly sanded to fit very snuggly. Used to plug a 12mm counter bore also but required generous amount of filler as simply dropped out! Nice and smooth though.

Bought this product to plug a 12mm hole but it was less than 11.5 mm in diameter. Not satisfactory.
