Features and benefits
At B&Q we want you to be satisfied with your colour selection. Not all monitors will display colours the same and paint tins may not show the same colour as your walls do in natural light. We therefore recommend you order a tester pot online or pop in store to pick one up so you are sure that this is the right colour for you.

Decided to change to water based paint as we were fed up with oil based paint yellowing. Extremely important to undercoat with water based undercoat first

I bought this paint 2 weeks ago to use over a primer on an upcycling project. Applied 2 coats and looks fantastic. It has a nice, subtle white finish due to it being satinwood which is perfect.
emulsion pretending to be gloss

this is not gloss,it is thick water based regular paint,it streaks really bad and does not let you retouch to try and get a flat gloss like finish because the paint drys super fast.
Great for certain applications

I've used this quite a lot and obviously a big selling point is that it's water based. I found it to be excellent on the likes of door frames, skirtting and window sills. Colour is certainly long lasting and I like the less glossy effect. Where I find it to be poor is on flat doors, try as I might it's impossible to avoid streaking. On panel doors it's not too bad. So for me I will certainly continue useing it but be selective as to on what.

Previous brought an oil based satinwood thinking it was water based, which I HATED!! Next day brought this dulux paint and re-prepped the area. My gosh what a difference, colour is pure white after only 1 coat, coverage brilliant, low VOC and super easy to apply.
I was worried after reading these bad reviews. But I LOVE THE PAINT!!!! I’m use to water based paints, as I’ve painted a lot of furniture in chalk paint. This is just like using chalk paint in terms of ease of application. I’ve also hardly used any of the paint so far and I’m half way through painting skirting and banister
